Price
includes
3 nights hotel accommodation on half board basis, return transfers
airport – hotel – sports
ground, Majorca 5’s team entry and player participation fees,
ISL representation, tourist information package and all current
taxes.
Flights
Flights are available from most U.K airports, we can assist if
required. Teams can travel any dates around the tournament day
in order to secure cheapest flights.
Accommodation
We use nice hotels within the Arenal, Ca’n Pastilla and Playa
de Palma area, within a few minutes from the airport and tournament
venue and within walking distance from the glorious sandy beach
and nightlife. Teams also have the option of staying in Magaluf
if preferred at a supplement. All rooms are twin or triple bedded
with shower, w.c. and satellite T.V. and breakfast is included.
Football
The tournament is played on outside 5 a
side courts in the resort of Arenal. Here there is a clubhouse,
changing rooms and first aid facility.
Matches are 2 x 10 minutes and all teams play
a minimum of 5 games.
Teams are expected from England, Scotland
and Spain with teams also representing drawn from ex-pat communities
on the Island.
History
2008 sees the 4th event and previous winners
of the tournament are Villa FC (Liverpool) , Robin Hood (Portsmouth)
and Arenal

Location
The sandy beach of Playa de Palma stretches 4 miles from C’an
Pastilla to Arenal. There are dozens of beach front bars, English
Pubs and German Beer Kellers. At night, Arenal comes alive with
several clubs open until the early hours.
Social Programme
Welcome meeting on day of arrival, opportunities throughout the
weekend to
mix with other teams and players from the UK and locally.
